Good products but slow, inefficient service. They ...

Good products but slow, inefficient service. They have a great owner and so I hope the loose ends get tied up soon. The owner resolved my issue within minutes -- whereas the employees couldn't do so for a month. Shows both the good and the bad, but with good leadership I hope the people down the chain become better.
