AWESOME gym!! This is my first time doing crossfit and I absolutely love every bit of it. It doesn t matter what fitness background you have, they can modify them to your needs. I just love the environment there and love how everyone treats you like family. I definitely will be coming back for more and can t wait to see my results from this fantastic journey! I Highly recommend going there to get a nice butt kicking workout. :)
