I have again received absolutely excellent, top notch service from Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. I just had my 2010 3-Series serviced here and the work done was impeccable. The staff all-around are excellent, from Meraldo and the team greeting me as I drive up, to the service techs, to the people behind the counter. I am singularly impressed with everyone I interact with.

All of this comes from the service manager, Kyle Curtis. Kyle continues to do an excellent job on my behalf. Kyle takes care of me. He provides absolutely top notch service, is a consummate professional, and goes above and beyond every time to make sure I am well taken care of and that the service is excellent.

My 2010 3-Series has 134,000 miles on it, and it continues to run like new thanks to Kyle. Kyle is honest, hard-working, detail-oriented, and does everything he can to make sure the job gets done and that it gets done right the first time.

I am sincerely and truly impressed with Kyle and his team at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. Reaching out to say Thank You Very Much to Kyle and his team.

Writing an update to my earlier review below as I wanted to write a review for Meraldo Lizardo. Meraldo is always there to greet people when they drive up to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. Meraldo provides absolutely excellent, top-notch customer service. Just wanted to thank Meraldo for all he has done and for all he continues to do. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, and I very much appreciate all his hard work, dedication, help, caring and professionalism.

2015:

Have to write about my recent experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. I own a 2010 328 xDrive with 127,000 miles on it. I brought it to Herb Chambers BMW of Boston and worked directly with Kyle Curtis, the Service Manager there. I have to say, I was blown away with the service. Kyle was absolutely superb to work with, and really worked hard to make the service experience top notch. I felt Kyle was honest, thoughtful, caring, and really got the job done. True white glove treatment. I would trust Kyle implicitly and will be servicing my BMW at Herb Chambers of Boston from now on.
