Lydia Treloar has been my property manager for over three years and has been nothing but fantastic. She gave me a chance as I had no rental history.
As a kiwi, I've read some horror stories about property managers and I'm just so glad I have an honest and fair one.
She also goes out of her way to accommodate me as a shift worker when inspections are due.
