Have had an amazing experience working for MPM for 2 years. I ve worked at many pools and worked with many other employees. All of the MPM staff is very helpful and try their best to get around to all of their assigned pools to try and ease the managers and lifeguards stress. Things may be a little hectic for people who have never had a job like this before, but after experiencing the workplace for a while, you find your place and things become easier if you just show up and do your job. Overall, a great job for a wide range of people.
