I've met Reload as part of a Google event they held at the Leather Market for their clients but also (kindly enough!) to other businesses from the building. The event featured Adwords, PPC and a Q&A session with Google experts for small/medium businesses: Reload were very professional, friendly and were very keen on answering extra questions after the event.
