Fight great store with cannon service, called after binding and 2 hour afterwards what them mounted on skis, lucky with discount too. Otherwise very good selection of clothes to shoes. Many nice people

Very good service! Stopped by them in passing and asked if they had time to look at a noise in the brake system on the bike. He I talked to came out, looked at it and fixed it for free. Very satisfied! Been there many times before too, just have good experiences.

Best sports shop in the whole of northern Norway for fishing enthusiasts and tour enthusiasts, and they have a lot of bike equipment as well. Very good service but not quite the cheapest, but you pay a little for the service then.

Cruel and shrewd customer service. When a credit note was to be redeemed, it turned out that "someone" had redeemed it a week earlier. After initially being suspected "of wanting 2 for 1", and then waiting for 2.5 hours in the store for this to "immediately be resolved" it turns out that the error is due to a data problem. No apology, no compensation no discount. Why: because they could not be loaded for a "data problem". Some understand that they work in the service industry, others do not. Have shopped a lot here before, but have bit me a more "commercial selection" and a much more rubbish attitude on the whole mole. What should you do with a physical store when they do not turn on good service once ?????

Much good selection. Bad mark on offer items that were announced. The service is often behind the box..in a big store. Should anyone talk to customers. Offer help.
