The location is great if you want to be near the water in that side of town. Pretty views if your room faces the bay, if not you face a parking lot. The room was big, had a small balcony and soaking tub. The quality was average though, possibly below average when you considered the nearly $300 a night rate. The worst was the room service breakfast we ordered though. Room service called back after we ordered to say that the potatoes that were supposed to come with our eggs benedict were frozen so we could wait another 20 minutes or have french fries instead, we opted for neither and just had them bring the eggs Benny. The breakfast we did get was terrible though for a $20 entree we got really soggy English muffins, over cooked poached eggs and watery hollandaise. Don't even get me started on the coffee which we ordered a pot of and then only had a few sips. It's unlikely I would stay here again based on feeling like I just didn't get what I paid for and that there are other quality hotel options in Bellingham.
PS if anyone from the Bellwether reads this, please remove the clock from room 124, it's tic toc kept me up all night.
