I called inquiring about a Viper ACRE and we sorted out an agreed price on my trade and their vehicle. After approving finacing they promised to overnight documents and then went ghost.

I called and left a message with the rep, then called again shortly later and no one picked up. Today again I called and they hung up on me when I mentioned the deal.

If they do this with near 200k cars, id steer clear and happy I didnt wire them money first.
