This hotel was priced for its great location and for its quality. Not cheap in fact expensive for what you get. We were there for seven nights and enjoyed New York and its iconic building, so close to Times Square and of course the Broadway Threatre district. The Hotel has an extremely busy lobby area with check in and in that area is where you can get your complimentory continental breakfast all a bit cramped. We were disapointed with the room it was very tired and unacceptably scruffy. So as exhausted as we were we got a room change, it was an improvement but not brilliant and waited for the luggage to be shifted, all takes time of course and adding to the fatigue of traveling from the UK. Staff were nice and helpful though, but needs a refurb.
