Many times they are not clear about the disapproval of the visa, showing that they copied or inspired the famous fine industry in Brazil. Many people spend months of work money to realize a dream, some with bad intentions, others with good intentions, and often all this effort is thrown in the drain by an ill-intentioned consul. These people do not reflect the American spirit of justice and opportunity. An ordinary American would be horrified at the humiliation that the consulate they have undermined the tourist and academic potential of thousands of people out of sheer greed and opportunistic bureaucracy.
