this hospital deserves no stars at all. I m a very understanding person and I m aware there will always be waiting time in a hospital. However, the staff working in this hospital needs training on customer service. My sister was admitted in this hospital following a car crash and we were there for 9 hours without any type of information on the process. She was dropped off by different people and with no information on what was going to happen next, or the waiting time. We should not have to search the department for the nurse and doctor to ask them for information they should ve provided us with from the beginning. Also, they should have checked on my sister s process and not disappear for a long period of time. The staff working at this hospital need to be aware that each patient has a family waiting for them at home and providing us with a time estimate is necessary to make arrangements back at home depending on the waiting time. Very disappointed.
