Was very disappointed with my experience. They have a very dishonest sales team. Long story short I was interested in a vehicle online I live in Pennsylvania so all the buisness was handled over the phone. I submitted an application and was pre approved for a 2015 dodge charger srt8. I never received a follow up call. Then a week later I received an email for a employee named Tabitha. She asked if I was still interested in the vehicle an I said yes so at this point I finish sending over my credentials and was assured a follow up call again I never received a call and kept having to contact them. Then I get an email stating that there was an issue with the vehicle and it could not be sold. I thought that was weird. So I had my brother call from another number and found out by another sales member that the vehicle had been sold. At this point I am highly upset that I was lied to so I called the manager and explained to him the situation he apologized and said he would look into the issue and I would receive a call in 15 minutes. I then received a call from Tabitha thinking I was at the very least going to receive an apology for the dishonesty but no she continued to play me for a fool and lied to me again explaining how the car was mechanically unable to be sold and if I were interested in another vehicle. Smh same lie again. This is not how to treat potential customers I was gonna let it go and forget about it but to be lied twice to like an idiot is unacceptable and unprofessional. Please be aware before you make a purchase.
