If there was a .2 Star that would be what I give them. Customer service is horrible, delays on paperwork, never can get a hold of case manager, and nobody in good neighborhoods take Houston s voucher due to them not paying people in the past. This housing authority even with its lastest upgrades are still way behind. How is it that to port in took 1 week but to port out takes 90 business days? Not understanding. The wait till in office is horrible and over the phones are just as worst. The phones which is understood for lunch shuts down at 12:30-1:30pm but why at 12:21pm are you guys no longer taking calls. Very unprofessional.
