Very underwhelmed.

Very underwhelmed.
I'm new to Charlotte and was in need of a trim, and hopeful to find a permanent salon. Since Charlotte is so big and I'm pretty picky about my hair I decided to try out this salon since it was affiliated with Aveda (which I have been to plenty of their salons, and loved them all). I didn't get the feel of a usual Aveda salon, the process was very quick and I didn't feel pampered one bit. Also per their website it said a hair cut would start at $40, so when I went to checkout, my "trim" of a 1/2 an inch was $60, with just a blow dry no style. I'm looking for a great salon to have an experience of being pampered as all salon days are a treat. Sad to say I didn't find my salon home at this Aveda salon.
