I really enjoyed working with Richard, unfortunately he is no longer there. The service offered on my brakes, was not what I expected. I was offered to resurface the rotors and clean the pads. The rotors were heavily rusted and the pads were grooved. This repair would not have lasted very long and would have cost me $200.00. I had the items in question replaced elsewhere with gm parts for $ 336.00 . I also have a damaged wheel.
I have insurance on the wheeels. I asked if it would be covered, I still have no response.
