Why isn't 0 stars an option? They will not give a simple ball-park quote over the phone for something as common as a refrigerator water line. When they get their foot in the door they say it s a $1,000.00 or we ll leave and do nothing after wasting 3 hours of your time for $100.00. It s extortion. It was a 1 hour job with $30.00 of materials and easy access, I even drilled the hole through the floor, provided the ladder and my bathroom twice. The plumber was there from 8:30 am until noon.
