I don t like writing reviews because they always seem hyperbolic, but I m going to go full hyperbole here: Karim was almost indescribably fantastic. I m primed to not expect much from contractors coming through. Most are grumpy, wanting to get in and out as fast as possible, while trying to upsell whatever products they can.

Karim was ridiculously personable. Enough so that my normally stranger-shy four year old tried to follow him around everywhere he went to chat, and even yelled out the window after him when he was done, Hey! You guy! Come back!

The service from Karim - and by extension Genz - has been pleasant, professional, compassionate (weird to type about an HVAC company) and reasonably priced.

They re definitely our go-to company from now on.
