First of all I just want to mention that if it was not for Sofian Ben Fraj this company would receive 2 stars, over the last 5 years I have had so many problems, high charges and lack of information from my account manager, tax agent and also anyone I have spoken to, they only help if you pay large sums, but when I met Sofian, this changed, he is one of the best people I have ever dealt with in my 14 years in Dubai, he is very professional and he goes above and beyond to help a client, he knows what customer service is and he is absolutely amazing, I just wish I met him 5 years ago.
