As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Entercom Buffalo LLC is an average company. Their website wben.com provides some useful information, but overall, I found it to be just OK. The content is decent, but there is room for improvement in terms of user experience. The layout could be more intuitive, and the navigation could be smoother. I have come across better websites in the same industry.
