Holloway & Associates have managed all aspects of my rental property in an excellent and timely manner for approximately eleven years including: marketing, contracting, coordinating with tenants, home warranty firms and contractors and and resolving issues, as well as handling monthly and year-end financial matters. Ms. Holloway is a very creative property manager who has strong managerial and people skills and who provides ideas and recommendations in a very practical fashion. I have found her Associates to be very attentive, dedicated and resourceful team members. Holloway & Associates enables me to relax and travel extensively, knowing that my property is in excellent hands.
I would gladly have Holloway & Associates manage another property for me as well as highly recommend the firm to others.
