Bad experience with product quality and after sale...

Bad experience with product quality and after sales assistance. I bought a bedroom for 6,000 (therefore not particularly cheap prices) 4 months ago, after two months from delivery, due to a single episode in which a small amount of water leaked from a saucer of a seedling, they swelled 4 out of 5 shelves of a bookcase and the veneer immediately came unstuck.
Given the obvious constructional deficiencies, I immediately contacted the company and attached the photos.
They never answered me despite my numerous reminders.

you have never provided me with a written answer, despite having asked several times. I have other libraries (even low-cost ones) and such a thing never happened to me.
