Overly expensive and not well organized. The location is lovely, and the facilities are well maintained, but there are serious drawbacks.

1. There is a lack of signage, and not enough toilets. The only reliable place to find a toilet is in the change rooms, and then, some of the toilets are not marked as such! So you're left wandering and walking into stalls, hoping that it's the right one. Also, no signs indicating where the exit is, and so once you've completed the maze and successfully found a toilet, navigating your way back to the door (and remembering the path you took) is not obvious. Given that they sell alcohol, this oversight seems to be bordering on incompetence.

2. The quiet zones/spaces are not so quiet. It's more like a party space. I half expected that staff would come around and remind people to observe silence, but was disappointed. If you're coming in a group/for a party, then this might be a selling point.

3. The food in the restaurant had gourmet pricing, but ended up being very mediocre.

4. The entrance fee itself is ridiculous, but it's in the Ottawa region so to be expected? If you don't bring your own bathrobe, it's close to 100$ for your visit. Prices are 30-40% cheaper in Montreal for an arguably better experience.
