On Mondays and Tuesdays they don't do certain things and on Thursdays and Fridays they don't do certain things so what are they doing during the rest of the time these days? When you do call, you have 3 hr wait time, If you dont want to wait 3hrs the automated system we'll set up an appointment for you to talk to a real person in approximately two to three days after you try to call. What's going on in Jackson where nobody wants to answer the phones? There is no checks and balances for this. I for one see a lot of fraud, waste,and abuse of Mississippi taxpayers money! We the taxpayers of Mississippi demand better service!!!
