My family of 17 and I went into Doogan's for dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant nor the bar was busy whatsoever. Firstly, it took the waitress 50 minutes to bring our drinks to the table. Many of us did not receive the right drink order or food order. They neglected to bring some appetizers that were ordered as well. The staff was not professional when we had asked to speak with a manager. No one bothered to even get the manager to correct all of these issues. The bland-tasting food was not worth powering through the terrible service this restaurant had to offer. Overall, a very bad experience.
