Poor service. Don't know how to reply questions in an email.
Change rules for document legalization from one month to another. Not aligned with their counterpart instructions in Singapore.
Don't remember what they told you 10 mins earlier, ends up making you pay more than you are supposed to to avoid waste another 20min time.
Classic poor level of French administration exported abroad : the less I do the better I feel.
Not sure if french understands what service means...
Overall disappointing experience. Ashamed of my own country...
