You absolutely MUST know how Kaiser system works. They have unspoken rules..written no where to be found.- you have to figure what is the best route for you. My level of treatment has diminished thru the years..many! Drs that once practiced medicine have been replaced with PHYSICIANS ASSISTS..Not what I signed up for. I want knowledgeable board- certified medical practitioners. A FEW GOOD MEN!!! (AND WOMEN) M D s still there..going fast and NOT being replaced with MDs. a Like Member Service..staffed 10 years ago with Professionals- need an answer..they fixed your problem EVERYONE. EVERY TIME! ! Now..? Awful. They are of little help.. NO KNOWLEDGE. no resolution. Time to go..And take all family and company..they WERE 5 star. (Dr Ray Marcus was director..good Dr.!!!) Then 4star.. Now..less.
They have to do better or else.
