They sold me a decent car, after they messed up the paperwork on 4 occasions (wrong year and wrong miles, wrong year again, wrong miles again on final paperwork, didn't have a 2nd key), then tried to send me out without transfer tags or a final bill of sale. They stated the car had a second key, and then I was told they would work to get me a second key, but as of today I keep getting run in circles through different people and the shop wants 103 dollars total to make one. No one knows what they are doing between departments sales/finance/service don't communicate. The only person who did their job pretty well from the start was my dealer.
