This company seems to be very disorganized. I was told that they needed 2 days notice to install, it ended up being 2 weeks. This after my flooring choice was somehow sold off before I was ready for it, even though my 70% downpayment had already been processed. Instead of sending someone to me to address the situation, they expected me to cancel other appointments to straighten the situation out at their office. Turns out my floor under the carpet was not suitable for the new choice, so, again, instead of sending someone, I had to go pick something else. They supposedly gave me a discount, but would not disclose how or where, apparently only the computer knows. Will not be recommending them to anyone.
