I took a older iMac (2012) in for them to help me figure out why it randomly restarts. When I took it in it worked. I could use it to surf the internet, play games etc. after 1 week I haven t received a call/ email nothing so I called and was told another people was working on it. 5 more days pass and I have to call again and was told it s the ram causing the problem. He said we will try some different ram after the holiday weekend. 5 or six more days pass no calls from them so I called again now they think it s the power supply. Before I took it in I ordered a power supply and mentioned that when I first took it in. They said drop it off we will put it in and try it. I took the power supply up to the store. Another 5-6 days pass and I get a call saying they don t know what it is and it s not worth trying to fix. So I go pick it up. When I talked to the guy the last time I asked if they put everything back to the way it was and does it work. They said yes. I get it home and it won t even power on. So almost 3 weeks pass now my computer won t even turn on and I can t even get a straight answer out of anyone. They keep saying I ll ask the other guy and call you back. That s been almost another 10 days. Not to mention it s blond hair and dirt all behind the glass of the screen. I don t even believe they tried my power supply. Very unprofessional and i will be reporting them to the BBB if I don t get a response or some answers!
