Dear All,

I'm very frustrated and angry with the way of how your group operates and treat their customer. We bought a kitchen last April for almost 250K EGP, and was supposed to be delivered by mid July. Prior to delivery we were informed that the kitchen color was not the same as we requested, how this happened has no explanation and is very shameful. How can such a big group call and just inform us that the kitchen color was wrong.
Moreover we had no choice and they kept us waiting till August 5th to deliver the correct kitchen. When delivering we were told that the granite that goes over the kitchen border was broken, it's either this people don't know how to do their job or they are just lying to us and the granite was never done.
Until today the kitchen is still not fully installed, we're still waiting on the granite. For such an amount paid and how we are getting treated is so un professional, shameful.
