Same situation as a lot of others.

Had a serious arm infection about a month and a half ago and was required by my doctor to wear an arm sling to restrict movement in my elbow.

Fast forward to now and I receive a bill, which I was never told about, for 11$ saying that I am in pre collections. I have never even heard anything about this company and now I get a letter saying I owe them money immediately? for a CHEAP arm sling that I didn't even want?

Its very frustrating. Companies like this prey on the vulnerable and are sneaky as hell. Terrible morals and I hope they go under sooner than later.
