Buyer Beware! I purchased bulk hair from perfect locks for braiding. In the middle of getting my hair braided, my stylist noticed that the 2 bulks I purchased was filled with lice. I immediately contacted perfect locks well within their store hours and they viewed my message and no response. I contacted them later that evening requesting someone to contact me asap. Was contacted almost 18 hours later to be told that they would give me 20% off. I had to purchase all new hair to finish my service. I understand things happen, but 20% is ridiculous. I highly recommend you DO NOT purchase from Perfectlocks. Customer service is horrible. And as much as you pay for their hair, you expect better customer service. They lack brand excellence and service and customer retention.
