I am so disappointed in the trip to Alstede. I have been to other orchards. At Alstede, the fee for PYO was steep. The charge was $24.99 per person on the weekend. You can only fit 5 apples in these bags depending on the size of the apple. We were at Alstede this last Saturday 9/26/20. We had a group of 9 and paid for two kids to get on the pony rides. The line was so long we left and the kids never got on the pony rides. I have the tickets to prove it. The tractor hay ride was fun and they did a great job with this. The farm is beautiful! I would add, there were lots of crowds... most people had their masks on but there was minimal social distancing. I doubt we will go back there again.
