I went in on Easter Sunday in 2018 and met with Billy to obtain a Highlander. The transaction for the car was very smooth and hassle-free. There was a delay in the delivery of the vehicle (10 days after). Billy gave me a loaner (still had the new car smell) to drive while waiting for the Highlander. He also kept me informed regularly about the delivery possibility. He was straight-forward with me at all time , not giving me any false hope.
