They manage a lot of the buildings in Portland Maine. And definitely should be avoided. I lived in an older building in the area and the location is great in general - close to restaurants. However, it was fairly noisy. The building super is awesome too. However, the actual property managers are awful. They never respond to phone calls/maintenance requests. There are days with too much heat in the summer and too little heat in the winters. The washers and dryers don't work more than 50% of the time.They also verbally say things that contradict with your lease. They will do anything to get you to sign the lease and then good luck. So be careful.
