This is a local company ... that's the good news. The bad news is customer relations/service is much to be desired. You want to swap a remote, be ready to wait an hour in line. Want some issues resolved over the phone...50/50 on getting good technical support. Then they get you with the new customer rate now $38 for 50 mbps. Unless you upgrade you will be paying double I was paying $80/month. I recommend keep looking. Look at the reviews
