The staff was truly amazing!!...from the moment we got there, to the time we walked out the door. Now when my mom and I got there, the receptionist couldn't find my appt time, which was a total bummer. But we just browsed around while they tried to figure out what happened. So I just assumed that we would have to leave since every bridal consultant was booked. But about 20 mins later, the friendliest person KAT wound up helping me. And after talking to her a little, I found out she "used" to be a bridal consultant, but for the last few years she has been working behind the front desk making all the purchase orders. So she wasn't really one of the current bridal consultants, but she was the only person available with experience to assist me. So THANK YOU Brickhouse and especially THANK YOU Kat, for making my FIRST time looking at wedding dresses the BEST experience EVER!! Since then, no one has even come close to her service and attention!!
