2nd time at Black & Blue this summer and once agai...

2nd time at Black & Blue this summer and once again two items on the "NEW" menu are not available! I understand you can run out of a certain beer or a steak has been sold out, but how do you run out of french fries and the same summer beer twice on two separate occasions within a month? It isn't because it's peak season, because if it where why would you block off half of the restaurant?
We would come in monthly to support a "local" establishment because the food was absolutely outstanding! Sooooo.... what has happened to this promising restaurant? Did you sell to a new buyer with absolutely no knowledge of running a great restaurant, or did the existing owner once again forget to order french fries to go with the awesome burgers???
Needless to say when my wife allows me to eat a burger I do not order that said burger with a side of fricken fruit! Unfortunately another promising establishment that is heading south in North Scottsdale... I hope you don't ruin Salt and Lime also!
