Ughh... Great product but going downhill because of poor customer service and unclear sales page. After being a customer for many years, I went to great length to buy a case for my 2020 13 inch Mac Air (Apple does not sell Tech21 anymore). They shipped me a case for the old Mac Air 13". I submitted a return request on July 24 but havent heard back yet. They have moved their customer service to entirely email based support - so no luck in calling them... Sorry to see this company down like this...
