Yesterday, i went to buy new car and first thing i told the front desk upon arrival is i have no appointment and the lady said no problem but you have to wait for 30-45min s max . After 55 min s i asked her any idea how long more will take because family came after me without appointment salesman came and they went inside and I know they don t have appointment because i asked them and her answer was you re next in line . After 5min s another lady came from inside the office and told me sorry i have three more customers and you may wait until 11pm - she was very happy when she told me this !!!! First you re not open until 11pm, second STOP lying (one told me i am next in line and then other lady which is from sales told me there is three more .
YOU NEED TO EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES and hire good quality but not kids without experience or doesn t know the way talking to to customers. In same time when someone told you i don t have appointment it s very easy to say we do apologize but we are fully booked for the day and we prefer to book an appointment or if you would like to wait but there is no waiting time frame . Customer will understand this is his/her fault because came in without appointment and you gave your recommendation but don t lie.
I went on October 2018 and the front desk employees were very professional not like the girl they have now.
Hire people know how to talk and don t hire......
However, this is for your customers don t go without appointment because they will lie to you and there is tons of GOOD dealership with experience employees.
Very disappointed... employee name came in after hour to tell me you may have to wait until 11pm is Nohora Duarte and funny part her title is EXPERIENCE GUIDE not sure where is the experience... Lol...
