I have a Mercedes Benz SL550 which had been stolen...

I have a Mercedes Benz SL550 which had been stolen and recovered. Raul Mendez was the service consultant who was assigned to my vehicle. The experience with Raul was as bad as it could possibly get. When my vehicle first got to the dealership Raul advised me and my insurance company it would take two days to get a new key and have it programmed. It took the dealership over 3 weeks to have the key programmed while the Mercedes Benz of coral Gables confirmed they would of had the key programmed in 1 day. I advised Raul several times with email and texts to confirm please make sure you go through my vehicle completely due to the fact my vehicle was stolen and I did not know what kind of damages were done to my vehicle. My front windshield was cracked. Raul decided to go ahead an install an aftermarket windshield after my insurance company approved an OEM windshield. My insurance Company left multiple emails and voicemails and would not hear back from Raul. Raul stated its too late he already had a aftermarket windshield put on the vehicle and would not have the windshield taken off. I went ahead and let my insurance company know they stated they approved Oem windshield due to the fact windshield must be calibrated to on-board systems and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems such as cameras, rain sensors, antennas, solar coated windshield and heating elements. Aftermarket glass does not account for these complex electrical components and will interfere with my vehicle s electronic systems, or cause these electronic systems to not function properly. I am not wiling to risk being liable for my safety or the safety of others while on the road because of Raul s lack of communication. I now have parts my vehicle that could potentially be a safety hazard. The issues don t stop there when I went to pick up my vehicle after they stated everything was taken care of Raul hands me my keys and walks away, he does not wait there with me and go through my vehicle he simply just walks away. As soon as I get in my vehicle I notice the middle console is broken. I knew I was not going to get anywhere with Raul so I asked to speak to a Manager. Todd banks comes out I advised him how can my vehicle be at his dealership for 2 months and they are not aware that the middle console is broken. He then replies with an attitude we were aware of the console being broken but thats from wear and tare it happens to the SL550 class all the time. I then stated Todd you re suppose to advise me and my insurance company of all the damages to my vehicle. Not decide weather the damages were there before or not. I also reminded him of the issue with the aftermarket windshield, Todd's response was Mr. Infante now you re bringing up old issues with the vehicle. I advised Todd this is still an issue just because an aftermarket windshield is on the vehicle now does not mean I don t have an issue with it. I then asked Todd if we can go on a test drive as soon as I turn the vehicle on the steering wheel was locked all the way up past my head and would not adjust downward. I could not even drive my vehicle, there is no way a technician test drove the vehicle. Todd then replies we must of missed that. I advised Todd I am calling my insurance company and I will be having my vehicle towed to the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables. Todd did not apologize not a single time for all that occurred, simply just walked away. My vehicle was towed to Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables there was over an additional $7,000 in damages which my to my vehicle that were not taken care of. The service advisor from coral Gables stated I don t know how a Mercedes Benz dealership missed so many damages to a vehicle. I would never take any one of my vehicles to an autonation due to the experience I had with Raul and Todd.
