I had a service engineer who came out to service my house lift today 12th December 19. I think his name was Michael. He turned up on time and not a minute past 9am. He was very polite and very welcoming. He did a very thorough service on my lift. He also told me more about the lift then I ever new before. He cleaned up after himself and made sure there wasn t anything wrong with the lift.

I don t usually do feedback but when you get good guys like this, it s important they know they are appreciated.

Micheal also told me how to get the mother-in-law out of the lift if it breaks down. Luckily she wasn t in, so she will never know. Hehe
