Wasn t a bad experience as far as car dealerships go, just couldn t come to agreement on price. Typical experience where sales guy runs back and forth to sales manager on price. Car was going to auction this week and needed some repairs. We were probably off by not that much, not sure why they would rather take less from the wholesaler. We were ready to buy, oh well. We will keep looking..

UPDATE

Just wanted to give a quick update on my experience. The general manager (Renate Steinbach) reached out to see what she could do to help. She was beyond awesome, and helped us work out a deal where everyone was happy. My wife picked up the car this afternoon and is thrilled. I am changing my rating to 5 stars as Ms. Steinbach went above and beyond. I wouldn t hesitate to go back if I needed another car...
