A very nice place, however I've had many problems with them as of late.
To start, my buying experience was great. I was in the market for a Prius and they had a handful of good 2010s. After a few test drives and number crunching, I settled. Coordinating the process was easy, to the bank, and back, and out I was with my new car.
I had to bring the vehicle in due to some paint imperfections I discovered, which they were happy to fix. I scheduled an appointment, and when I was bringing my car in, I had seen their garage techs (younger) flinging what looked like cardboard or something around the shop. Keep in mind this is where they work on customer vehicles and supposedly were at the time. Seems a bit ridiculous, but I let the manager know of it and put it past me.
I decided that the warranty wasn't for me. Not that it might not be worth it, or that someone convinced me otherwise; just that I didn't feel necessary. I decided to cancel. Now it's been a back-and-forth type of situation where I've had to talk to multiple people, finally get back to the financial person that sold it to me, and he took care of the paperwork... one stipulation. The funds that got put forward for the warranty have still not been returned to my bank. It is incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone in the Finance department (even though when I walk in there are 3 of you talking to each other not seeming to do much. No offense, but really?) to fulfill anything you need done as a customer.
All-in-all, it's an okay place, but I wouldn't buy from them again in hindsight, after all the difficulty it has been.
