Made an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment to be helped. The gentleman who helped us at the genius Bar was nice. The other issue I had was with their security. I had a fussy toddler (after having to stand in a corner for 20 minutes who could blame her) with me who was growing impatient. While trying to distract her as the associate took my phone in the back I walked 2 feet away from the table to show her the phone cases. No other customers or workers where close to that area. We where approached by a security guard who told us (pretty rudely) to go back to our table. We didn t touch anything, didn t get close to the product. I get covid is an issue but If you see someone with a small kid who is losing their mind and a parent who is trying to keep the kid from running around by distracting them don t approach them rudely and tell them to go. Definitely didn t make me want to make a purchase after that.
