Took my car back for the 3rd time on a known recal...

Took my car back for the 3rd time on a known recall/warranty/class action lawsuit issue. They kept it for 3 days.
Day 1, they call, say they've identified an issue and they're gonna replace the clutches in my (automatic) transmission.
Day 2, late afternoon, after numerous calls for a status update: it'll be looked at tomorrow, tech just got the parts, hasn't had time to get it into the bay.
Day 3: I get a text saying my car is ready. Show up to pick it up, get told nothing was actually done. Turns out they replaced the clutches last time, which I wasn't told, and current malfunctions are within manufacturer allowances, so I was without a car for 3 days for fun?
