I really have nothing bad to say about the Service...

I really have nothing bad to say about the Service Department at Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne. I haven t purchased a car from this location, however, this is the only location I will bring my car to for repairs or maintenance - due to the amazing service I ve received from Jon Stinson.

I ve been bringing my car there for a year now, in fact, Jon was the first person I ever spoke with when I brought my car there after having it for only two weeks. I had some concerns (I was paranoid about everything) and he was very informative, professional and thorough when working with me. He was also hilarious and relatable. Due to my first experience, I ve now gone there for everything including any repairs and all service or maintenance needs.

On days where Jon wasn t available, I ve had to work with other people.. where I ll admit, we had some issues, but then I d follow up with Jon and literally everything was fixed and/or corrected immediately. There s no one else I trust with my car and I m truly glad that I found him when I did. He s been a life saver and it s nice to have someone I can trust and count on when it comes to my car and my experience.

Tim Dahle Nissan is very lucky to have a him. If you go here, ask for Jon. I promise you won t regret it.
