I buy Electrolux white goods from IKEA .. white goods have a factory wrong design and quality .. now it's two months and my problem still remains (we can not open the door normal on the refrigerator)) now there are two months i'm running between IKEA o Electrolux without results .. customer service at IKEA transfer the case to Electrolux o sends a technician o he reporters that it is wrong with products .. yet no action on my problem and I received a letter from Electrolux to ((no further action applies )) .... still i call o explain to the staff without solution ..
