Has to be a small company and must be struggling beyond words, couldn't even refund a basic packaging with arguing the point,
Description of basic packages not fully detailed, but either ppl all over are struggling, this company i would suggest be very careful in reading everything small print..looks a 2 person operation, and they need every penny they get, regardless of how they get it
